Why Kalynn exists
A factory built from knowing exactly what buyers fear.
Good Chinese machines did not need borrowed names. They needed a supplier willing to tell the truth about the product behind them.

01 / See the problem
Good Chinese devices were selling on borrowed names.
Lisa spent fourteen years in foreign trade, five of them in aesthetic devices, watching the same thing on repeat. The products were fine. Trust wasn't. Specs were inflated, certificates were faked, safety was “good enough,” and when a unit failed, the supplier went quiet.

She didn't start Kalynn because the market was big. She started it because she knew exactly what these buyers feared, and because the supplier she would want to buy from did not exist often enough.

When a model comes in versions, we lay out the differences, the price gaps and the pros and cons, then you choose. We don't quietly pick the cheaper build and call it helping you.

We don't go quiet when it fails.
A unit breaks, we check the cause, and we make it right. Support is not a cost line we try to minimise. It is the word we gave you, kept.

Honest, or nothing
Some money we don't take.
A supplier who lies to a buyer ends up trapped by the lie, and the market clears them out. We would rather still be here in ten years.

Kalynn runs three production lines with an in-house team of around 28, across engineering, QC, warehouse and assembly, in Baiyun, Guangzhou. We design and tool half of our own models, assemble by hand, and test by machine.
We're a mid-sized maker, not the biggest factory and not pretending to be. That is exactly why every order gets the attention a giant can't spare.
